Update 2: Migration has been completed but only involved slots replacement on new servers without your data, the allocated spaces should be 100% matched while the server specs will have a slight difference for some of the slots.

If you see some settings, preferences, or functions missing, please create a ticket to fix it.

Recorded downtime was 1 and a half days.

Update: No update on recovery after 24 hours of downtime, I have started the migration process, and affected customers will receive an email containing the server replacement details.

One of our servers is unreachable for the last 10 hours, the downtime is due to our upstream provider server's outage and there is no expected recovery time for now.
