What is a seedbox?
A seedbox is a private server used for the uploading and downloading of digital files. Our seedboxes are connected to a high-speed network (100Mbit/s & 1Gbit/s). Files are downloaded from seeders all over the world, and from there they can be downloaded at high speeds to your personal computer via the encrypted HTTP & FTP protocols. This allows for anonymity and, usually, removes the need to worry about the ratio.

Seedboxes on high-speed networks are typically able to download large files within minutes, provided that the swarm can actually handle such a high upload bandwidth. Seedboxes generally have download and upload speeds of 100 Mbit/s. This means that a 1 GB file can finish downloading in under two minutes. That same 1 GB file can be uploaded to other users in the same amount of time, creating a 1:1 download to upload ratio for that individual file.

How to sign-up?
You need an active email address, simply fill in the email and password box and proceed. Other information is not necessary.

Setup time
Instant setup, you'll receive an email within 1-2 minutes upon payment. Sometimes this email may end up in your spam folder.

Refund policy
We offer a 24 hours refund period for the first invoice on your first service with us. If something didn't meet your expectation, please create a ticket to request a refund.

Are there any hidden fees or charges?
No, there are no hidden fees regardless of how much you use the seedbox.

Price, renewal, and cancellation
The price listed in US dollars. Invoices are generated 7 days before your next renewal date, and the reminder email will be sent a day before the due date.

To renew your subscription, please clear your invoice in time. Failure to pay by the due date will result in service termination. We reserve the right to terminate your service at any point after your invoice is overdue, and will not be responsible for any data loss due to termination.

To cancel your subscription, simply ignore the renewal invoice, and your subscription will be terminated once the invoice overdue.

Support hour and response time
Our support system is available 24/7. It may take 1 or 2 hours to respond on weekdays and 2 to 6 hours during weekends. Sometimes, it may take up to 24 hours.

How many users per server?
20 users per server are the highest on all of our servers.

Torrent client
All of our seedboxes come with ruTorrent WebUI which is a frontend for the Linux torrent client rTorrent. It comes with 30+ plugins.

Encrypted FTP and HTTP transfers
We offer encrypted FTP as standard with all seedbox plans, any data transferred from your seedbox to your local computer is encrypted so will not be visible by your ISP.

Uptime guarantee
We guarantee that your service will be online 99% of the time.

Exceptions might include:

- Scheduled maintenance
- Errors on the client-side

We reserve the right to credit or refund clients for a downtime caused by us. Downtime caused by the client will never incur compensation.

Do you allow public trackers?
Limited support. Unlimited download speed, 1 MB/s (8 Mbps) upload until 1.0 ratio.

Our server located in Roubaix, Gravelines, & Paris, France.

Do you have an affiliates program?
Yes, the commission is 5% with a minimum payout of $10 and only one payout per month on the 25th of every month.

Please create a ticket to request the payout for the first time, future payouts are automatically sent on the date mentioned before once your balance has $10 or more.
